The Distributor - Viper High Energy with Stromgeër (choose from vac or non vac)
Built to OE specification, our Ford Pinto distributor has been a popular upgrade with classic Ford enthusiasts ever since it was launched. Featuring an aluminium casting with brass clips, an upgraded oil seal and sturdy construction, the Pinto distributor is available both with and without the vacuum advance. It is a ‘plug and play’ solution, designed to be easy to install. Inside the distributor is our latest Viper High Energy Ignition Module and Stromgeër drive gear.
The Viper High Energy electronic ignition system combines with the High Energy Viper Coil and performance non resisted Powermax rotor arm to give 3x the spark energy of a traditional electronic ignition system - for more precise timing and complete combustion.
The Stromgeër is our latest helical distributor drive gear, engineered for accuracy from the finest materials.
The Ignition Coil - Viper High Energy (choose from black or silver)
Our Viper coil is the industry standard in ignition coil technology. A dry coil that’s set in a sturdy metal casing, this is an oil free model for consistent cooling. The High Energy variant is rated at 0.8 Ohms resistance, generating a stronger output at the spark plugs. A best seller.
The HT Leads - 8mm Double Silicone (choose from blue, black, red, green or yellow)
Our HT leads use double silicone insulation surrounding a carbon ferroflex core for maximum spark transfer and minimal power loss. This combination gives you a strong, reliable, long lasting HT lead that’s perfect for use with electronic ignition. These HT leads are resistant to temperature, water, oil and chemical degradation. They meet ISO 3808 quality standard.
