Powerspark Lucas DK4A Distributor
Recently developed and now available for the first time, this model replaces distributors with product code Lucas DK4A.
The DK4A and it's variants were fitted to a great many classic and vintage cars.
Our clockwise D31 and D31P are popular for Austin 7 models from 1934 to 1939.
This model features clockwise rotating drive gear (CW). We also offer this as Counter Clockwise rotation (CCW) and in positive earth.
Taken from an original casting, we developed this product after fielding so many questions from owners of older cars about this distributor, particularly the Austin 7.
Complete and accurate data on fitment of these older distributors is harder to come by than for cars built in the 1960s and 70s. If you require any other variations or have questions about fitment of this distributor, please contact us. We are keen to speak with anyone who can prove that this distributor was fitted to more vehicles than we are currently aware of in our database, to grow our knowledge!
Trade rates are available if you wish to purchase more than one.
This item is available in the following combinations:
Powerspark DK4A Distributor Electronic Negative Earth (D31)
Powerspark DK4A Distributor Electronic Positive Earth (D31PP)
Powerspark DK4A Distributor Electronic Negative Earth with Counter Clockwise Rotation (D31CCW)
The DK4A unit had many other applications during it’s lifetime, so please contact us if you are unsure.
