Whilst you have the distributor cap removed, why not upgrade to electronic ignition at the same time?
Do you also need a rotor arm, HT leads, an ignition coil or spark plugs? It's wise to replace them all at the same time.

Cap
Fit is loose, cap shakes on the distributor when the motor is running. Second one in 150 miles of use. Pin was stuck in the up position on the old one. Hope this one works better or it Pertronix next for me.
