Set of 4 Cylinder high quality HT leads suited to all varieties of the Volkswagen air cooled Type 1 engine, from 1100cc to 1600cc. This includes Porsche vehicles.
There are 2 different types of Volkswagen Air Cooled engine, the Type 1 (1.1 litre to 1.6 litre) and the Type 4 (1.7 litre to 2.0 litre)
These leads are suitable for the Type 1 Air Cooled Engine, as used by the cars listed below. (If your car isn't listed and you think it should be, please get in touch!)

Fabulous bit of kit. Arrived a day later, well packaged. Quality silicone 8mm leads, nicely finished with quality ends.I just know my van will thank me.. Running a Laurie Pettitt built VW 2110cc type 1
These leads have made a big difference with the new powerspark distributor fitted , better running and tick over. Would have been 5 stars but found fitting them over the sparkplug a bit awkward
Look very good but when fitted the plug end connector kept popping off. Fitted OK on a free spark plug so trimmed the rubber boot by ~5mm and it stays on. Good value for money but may need a bit of fettling.
Look great, feel great, performed as they should do. The dust covers at the plug ends are good too.
Feel nice and supple, correct length, good price. I bought to go with the electronic ignition and very happy with both. Cheap enough to buy spare set. For awareness they need the spark plug to have the screw on ferrule on the end whereas many vw leads just attach to the screw thread.
