D13_Col - Powerspark Ford Cologne V6 Electronic Distributor (Bosch)
Available by popular demand, we are now able to offer a direct ‘plug and play’ electronic distributor for the Ford Cologne V6 engine. Prior to the launch of this electronic distributor, buyers looking for a new distributor for a Cologne engine would need to opt for an expensive refurbishment of their existing distributor.
This is a direct replacement for the original Bosch unit, complete with Powerspark electronic ignition.
Fitting is simple, this items ready to go out of the box.

About Points, Electronic, High Energy and Positive Earth Distributors from Powerspark Ignition:
Traditional Points Distributors:
The traditional ignition system used in most cars up until the 1980s.
- To be used with a Standard or Sports ignition coil, resistance reading above 1.4ohms. OK to use copper HT Leads
Standard Electronic Ignition Distributors (often known as Sports Electronic):
Looks like an original points distributor but contains an electronic ignition module
- To be used with a Standard or Sports ignition coil, resistance reading above 1.4ohms. Not suitable for use with copper HT Leads
- Available as Negative Earth or Positive Earth for most of our distributors and ignition kits.

High Energy Electronic Ignition Distributors:
Looks like an original points distributor but contains an electronic ignition module capable of 3x the spark of standard electronic ignition.
- To be used with a Standard or Sports ignition coil, resistance reading less than 1.4ohm. Not suitable for use with copper HT Leads
